...from the time I saw that big old smile on my sister's face after she took a bite of my very first cake, I was hooked! Her five second display of honest and unsolicited pleasure told me that I must have done something really good. Well, that was over 10 years and dozens of cakes ago and still, my passion for baking cakes and making people smile has only grown stronger.

If I had to tell you three things about myself, the first thing would be that my favourite colour is orange...second would be that nine times out of ten, I have a smile on my face...and finally, I would tell
